Connecticut Medicaid Overview (HUSKY Health)
Connecticut administers Medicaid through the HUSKY Health program using a fee-for-service model, rather than risk-bearing MCOs. Services are delivered through state-run programs supported by Administrative Services Organizations (ASOs).
