Missouri Medicaid Plans (MO HealthNet)
Missouri Medicaid Plans, also known as MO HealthNet Managed Care, offer comprehensive health coverage for eligible individuals and families. The state contracts with multiple Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to provide services to members. In 2025, a new nonprofit plan — TrueCare of Missouri — was added, expanding member choice and access to care.
